PAYMENT.... Paying for your handmade items at little a designs couldn't be easier. Just tick the checkout button next to the item/s you would like to buy and you shall be taken to Paypal Checkout. Paypal is a universally accepted and trusted method of online banking and accepts all major credit cards and you do not have to be a member to use it. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I do accept personal cheques made payable to Marna Lunt, but will not be able to make or send out any goods until the cheque has cleared. Please contact me form my address. I can also give you details to do a bank transfer if easier.

If for some reason you have a problem with the shopping cart not going through or do not recieve a confirmation email please get in touch with me at marnalu@gmail.com or on 07980 264102 and I will do the transaction manually. Sometimes browsers and paypal can be tempremental and so now and again the order doesn't go through, and so if you contact me I can sort everything out very very easliy. Your security details are never compromised.

PERSONALISED DESIGNS.... Once you have chosen which items you like, if you want them personalising just fill in the boxes under the product. You can advise me of what you want written on them in this space. Please check all the spelling as I can not take responsiblilty for these mistakes. If you would like to order an item made & designed especially for you then please contact me and we can come up with something especially for you. I then create a prduct for you on my custom listings section and payment is simple through there.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING.... I aim to process your order as swiftly as possible. If the item is in stock then it can be sent out immediately, but made to order designs will be completed and sent within four weeks. If you have a deadline sooner email or call me and I will endeavour to meet your needs. If for some reason there is a delay in delivery I will notify you as soon as possible. There are two different options for shipping to any where with a British postcode, chose which you want from special delivery or signed for. Then there is a European and Rest of the World option for international shipping. Your parcel is only insured and trackable if you chose special delivery, I/you can not claim for anything lost over the value of £46 unless you chose this option. If you are ordering a cushion I recomend special delivery as these are very expensive and sentimental things you are ordering. I do not profit from postage. I can not except responsiblity for delayed or lost parcels due to Royal Mail or weather condtions or due to the incorrect postage being chosen.

ITEM DESCRIPTION.... Items are described as accurately as possible, and all items have been designed and handmade exclusively by me in a smoke and pet free home. Your items come individually wrapped in pretty tissue paper, hand tied with ribbon/twine and are ready to give as a gift if desired. I do offer a gift box option if required and this contains further tissue, ribbond and stationary.

RETURNS POLICY.... I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, please contact me straight away and I will make every effort to resolve any problem. The costs of your items will be refunded, if desired, on receipt of the returned goods. I need to be alerted to any problems within seven days of delivery. Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty/unfit for use.
